If you're looking for physical copies or reproduction carts, eBay, NintendoAge (maybe?), Stone Age Gamer, and sometimes Etsy might be helpful places. If all else fails, look into the purchase of Flashcarts, which Stone Age Gamer also carries.

If you want to know where to download the ROMs of these titles for your Flashcart or Emulator, this is not the forum to be asking this, regardless if downloading bootlegs are piracy or not. However, I can tell you that Google search is a very helpful place.

EDIT: I found this in like 15 seconds looking up "Mario bootleg Super Mario World 64 for the SEGA Genesis", then going to the "Shopping" tag.

There's this really good (read: bad) bootleg called Mario 7.

There's a typo in your post, Turret. You accidentally wrote "bad" instead of "the best".
