Zero, it does not snow in my country.drone36 wrote:How many ft/inches of snow are there at everyones front door right now?

None. The area that i live in rarely has snow. It sucks.drone36 wrote: Anyway, change of pace, I knew this weather was going to get colder than usual (Its been like this for 3+ years) How many ft/inches of snow are there at everyones front door right now?
It's freezing, but there's no snow, and there probably won't be. Lousy Tennessee and its lousy weather patterns
Tfw I'm stuck in a car and I have to listen to my brothers and I can't leave because I'm wearing a polo.

It's only December 4th. The weather is really messed up where I live. Winter probably won't start until January (although it has been pretty cold recently, but I don't think it has got less than 25 degrees F)

Here in Brazil everything is melting. Not really, but it's extremely hot (like 40°C sometimes, or 104°F).Hans1998 wrote:Zero, it does not snow in my country.drone36 wrote:How many ft/inches of snow are there at everyones front door right now?

Not really his best work, IMO. Prelude of the chambered was much more fun than this.
I would follow this guy around all day.
I finished The Walking Dead Season 2 Episode 1 yesterday night.
It was truly amazing, Telltale Games quality. What do you guys think of it, if you've seen any videos? Please keep spoilers in spoilers, so those who want to play don't get mad on you. I think it was MUCH more extreme than the first TWD. I mean who would expect Omid and Christa, the ONLY people that you're left with, to just die from the beginning of the game, 5-10 minutes in. I was really shocked. Walkers, Bandits, Hungry Dogs, it was worse than ever. It was truly intense to live alone, with so many dangers in your way. Clementine is definetely not the same innocent girl from Season 1. She has a deep, strong personality now and lots of the answers to people are straight out mean, but if you can find the right ones (like I HOPE I did), you can be nice to most people. You can't, as always, satisfy all the people, but I think I have already chosen my entrusted ones. I cannot wait for Episode 2.
Oh right, and as always, every Telltale Game comes with a free pack of absurdly hard to make 2 seconds decisions.

Nintendo direct this morning.
They're really pushing the Rosalina thing.
And then they had a Dr Luigi
And then they had the new Wii U Zelda game or something.
And then they announced a remix of a ton of NES games
And then they announced Sonic Lost World DLC, which used the remnants from Yarn Yoshi which looks canceled at this point
And then they showed off more of Mario Kart 8 (finally)
And then they showed off more Yoshi
And then they showed off a new Chibi Robo

So, anyone with Sonic 2 wanna try to play multiplayer? Emphasis on try since you have to hope you get paired with the person since inviting won't work. Warning anyone, I am a pro at this game

Is that the "Orange Princess" bike, or is that Princess Rosalina's logo?imaginary cake wrote:Nintendo direct this morning.

From what it looks like, they are handing Daisy a fruit name.
EDIT: whoops thought you guy's were talking about this my bad
I can't get over how adorable the kirby and luma dance is and did anyone else think it was something to do with kirby's airide mario kart crossover at first?
also this brings that dream game I've wanted ever since I was young one step closer to coming true.

Which is really good by the way. I played it nonstop for several hours (and it gave me a few mappack ideas...).imaginary cake wrote:And then they announced a remix of a ton of NES games
My favorite's the link in donkey kong challenges.WillWare wrote:Which is really good by the way. I played it nonstop for several hours (and it gave me a few mappack ideas...).imaginary cake wrote:And then they announced a remix of a ton of NES games
And I'm not 100% sure but I think these might be running on the wii u's hardware instead of an emulation (or I could be being a dipshit here and be completely wrong.)
I honestly can't tell. On the one hand, Nintendo hasn't really modded anything they've made. On the other hand, I don't see them rewriting that much code.renhoek wrote:My favorite's the link in donkey kong challenges.WillWare wrote:Which is really good by the way. NES Remix has me curious whether or not it is emulation or if it's running on the Wii U hardware. I've managed to perform glitches in these games like I can on the original NES versions, including a glitch in the first level of Donkey Kong that let's you climb to the top of level from the bottom. I'm sure this is emulation, but those little effects on some challenges are interesting.
I was being monotone for all of those sentences.WillWare wrote:Which is really good by the way. I played it nonstop for several hours (and it gave me a few mappack ideas...).imaginary cake wrote:And then they announced a remix of a ton of NES games
In all honesty, now you make me want to buy it.
One day I'll cure my wallet from the sickly disease of Nintendo
Okay, not really.
But I want that NES remix.
(Doesn't anyone else find it odd that Nintendo announces games like that, and then they're immediately on the eShop afterwards? "Oh, hey, we've been secretly developing this game for 6 months now, and we don't care about it anymore and we don't think it'll sell well so we raise no hype whatsoever so here have the game.")
I think it was just a side project that really didn't need any promotion. It's just a bunch of reworked NES games, so though it does look like a lot of effort went into it, it's obviously not a big-budget title like, let's say, Super Mario 3D World was, so it looks like it was just made for enjoyment and a little extra side money. They show a trailer, release it immediately, and people will get curious and buy it. It's not that they decided it was a bad idea, just something that would just not need promotion.
True, true.
Exaggeration is a fun literary element though.
But I feel that they could have announced it slightly ahead of time; Dr Luigi is probably a game with less (if not, repeated) work put into it, and that was announced for New Year's or something like that.

I think that they announced that game only due to the fact that it's still the Year of Luigi. They got to do all they can to 'hype' it up since it's near the end of the year.
Other than changing the game by making 2 pills show in an L, it's just Dr. Mario slapped with the Green Stache, so there's not much to advertise other than saying "Ohey know that one puzzle game where Mario was a doctor? Well Luigi's copying him now buy it hur hur." But again, it's just because it's Luigi that I think they announced that.

Actually they announced that next year is part 2 of a thousand of year of Luigi so there was no real reason to quickly announce it.
Speaking of which I only have two challenges yet to be unlocked from nes Remix and I still want more. I need a sequel man!
I need my fix! (also I changed my mind about link in donkey kong it's luigi's second level in donkey kong that's my favorite.)

I think they're going to end the year of Luigi with some giant Luigi-themed game.
Probably Luigi's Mansion, or some new part or something.
Off Topic:
I learned my lesson not to procrastinate a 3-month science project into another up all night to get lucky until shcool starts the next morning.
I should split it into the 2 nights before it's due.
(This is the longest I've been awake- 5:00 AM yesterday, it's 1:09 PM today)
