Well, a game is a game, so you should probably get it, but don't just go off my opinion. If people for some reason don't answer in this thread, ask EVERYONE on your steam list that is online, because that is the best choice. Wait, isn't the Giana Sisters a platformer, in which if you have a fond liking to platformers- wait, you do, because I'm guessing you like the Mario Bros. Series. Man, deals like $3.50 only come for a while.

That brings me to another question, how long is the deal lasting? I would check my steam but today I'm absenting from it, most due to the reasons that people on my steam talk to me a lot and such. But yeah, get Giana sisters if you want my light on the matter.

It's over Nov. 1st.

I like the advice Camewel, and it's probably true, but I'll prob get it anyways.

Well I'm planning to buy The Walking Dead bundle and I saw the Gianna Sisters one too. I was thinking of buying it, but I've never played a Gianna Sisters game ever in my life. >.< Is it a good platformer? Is it a casual one, a well-balanced one, a pretty hard one, or a hardcore one?

Because of the risk of PAIN AND ENDEVOROUS ENDEVORS
we can't go outside and go trick or treating.

... Cause it's wet outside.
And rain is bad for spookies.
I dunno.
Thanks Obama for postponing Halloween until Nov. 1st.
Asshole.

Here in Brazil we don't celebrate Halloween very often (actually very rarely), but my class decided to make a Halloween-themed party at school today. It wasn't very big, but it was kind of fun. I wore a pirate costume, a friend of mine wore a Queen Of Darkness costume, another one as a bride, others as witches, others as mummies... It ended up being very cool :D

What about you guys? Do you celebrate Halloween on your country or participated on something related to it?

It's good to know I'm not the only one.
Ah well, maybe tomorrow I'll be able to score 4 or 5 bags of candy. I've done it before (8 bags of sickly goodness!) and I'll do it again.

Made that in half an hour :)

Today I wore a doge mask that I printed on a piece of paper. Pretty much the best costume every. Scared the shit out of my cat though, no joke.

Just like last time, I was experimenting with LÖVE. I wanted to see how to work with dynamic stuff, so I've came up with this:
Image
ACID TRIP!!!
It's VERY RIDICULOUS and I'd never recommend you to play it, but it's funny (because of how ridiculous it can get).
Fell free to change it however you want.

KEYS:
[Spacebar](*hold-able) freezes the current image (as if it were a screenshot floating in-game).
[Tab] moves your mouse to screen's center
[ b ](*hold-able) moves your mouse to the bouncing ball
[Enter] cleans up the frozen images
[left arrow] or [right arrow] changes the current "brush" format (circle, square, triangle, hexagon, star)
[Escape] exits this game

MOUSE:
[Right click] resets everything
[Scroll Up] makes brush size changing slower
[Scroll Down] makes brush size changing faster

Download

The game is full screen so your computer might not allow it or is able to handle it.

Full screen has problems with my two screen display.
It takes about a minute of spazing out both screens for the computer to decide on my main monitor.

And then you loose 10 bucks :)

But mine stay a little bit longer in both faces, so it's not synchronized with Idiot's avatar.

NOTE: It was a pain to rip the images and convert them to my avatar... So here's the original image I used (other than Idiot's one):

You owe me 10 because you forgot the to get the black corners, you also lose another 5 for being a bad example for children.
