I plan on having an early christmas and get a 3DS + Pokemon Y so I can get the exclusive blaziken at the cost of no other christmas presents, because I can't afford it and even if I could I'm saving for Lego. (it's okay though cause there's nothing else I really want this year)

5$ says (if it get's ported to pc) someone replaces the main character with megaman within 5 seconds of the release.

So what I get from the video is:
"Here's an unlicensed Megaman game. We'll work out the innovative mechanics later."
They're probably the most qualified team on Kickstarter doing this but seriously? Megaman-style side scroller? Another one?

Well maybe it's not much for you. But Megaman fans have been waiting for something like this for a long time
I'm very sure about that. I mean even the voice actors in the X series get excited by this

but it's not megaman, it's something that looks like mega man but isn't.
It's not a bad thing it's just not innovative.
I think the only reason this is being made is because he felt that when he left capcom his creation left with him.

Better listen to what Turret says. I hear the Prime president of the observable universe is an asshole and will kill you for even thinking differently than he does. Even though he probably doesn't care if your opinion is different and understands not everyone is a megaman fan and knows that someone actually
thinks Mighty No. 9 is a bad idea.

It's a good idea from the "father of Megaman", but I understand why some people would think it's a bad idea or a carbon copy of Megaman.

I'm one of the biggest Megaman fans here though so of course I'm excited for it. It's fucking Keiji Inafune leading it, it's going to be good, Megaman or not.

I believe he was talking about the game linked above, which was Mighty No. 9. Also they weren't nominating the game, Shadow, they were nominating the creator.

I'm not saying it's a bad idea I was just trying to defend qmarks post about how it's not innovative.
my personal opinion is the same as some as the mario games.

I doesn't need to be innovative to be fun (look at rayman origins and legends) but being innovative can add a lot to the games fun.

Christ I've been trying for an hour now to post a comment on Youtube.
BUT NO! Just NO! "You're gonna put a link in there, we're denying EVERY comment you're putting for the next 999999 days. Have a nice day"

Image

I am SO done with this thing.

Edit: I tried totally re-writing the comment and refreshing the page without any links in it. Nooope.

Edit2: CHRIST, YOUTUBE won't even let me put comments on ANY other video now! Youtube is just wrong nowadays! I remember when it use to be like 10,000 people watching videos and that was all.

I'm worried about my steam account getting taken away. I was playing music over my mic (Didn't know it was against the rules) and I never got a warning before this one guy told me he was sending a ban report. I'm afraid I'm going to lose my steam account with all my games, I own over $100 of games on that, Probabbly $200 or more. He said there was a zero tolerance policy but the only zero tolerance policy I've found is the cheating policy... If you know whether it's zero tolerance EVERYTHING or just cheating, could you say so? I'm really really really really really worried about this!

You should be fine.
Just don't play music over your mic. It pisses people off because it 'throws them off their game'.

Unless the guy is gonna lie, you should be ok.
https://support.steampowered.com/kb_art ... -WFZC-5519

I see no reason to be banned. Maybe banned from the server you were micspamming on (which is you should stop doing), but you're gonna be fine on Steam. They're just messing with you.

I did google it first. I didn't find enough info. Also, it IS a zero-tolerance policy but I don't think I actually broke any of the rules that it applied to.

It's nearly impossible to get your account locked down. Usually it happens because of:
1) Suspected account sale or credit card fraud
2) I think that's pretty much all actually.

Maybe you should read the Subscriber agreement. http://store.steampowered.com/subscriber_agreement/
Yes it's long but do you ever even skim what you're agreeing to? Technically they could just close down your account for no reason whatsoever and you can't sue them because the agreement prevents you from suing them in a court of law (might actually not apply in EU). They don't do it because it's bad rep, but they could. And you couldn't do squat about it.
Plus it gives you the general idea of what stuff is usually in EULAs and things like that.

I might as well mention VAC bans, they're a different system entirely and are completely automated. You cannot be banned by any person, ever. VAC bans for dll hacks and hooks and that kinda stuff.

A few people play music on some of the TF2 servers I play on. Most people are okay with it, but of course there are always butthurt little retards who think that everyone shares the same opinion as them. If some crybaby sends a ban report for something stupid like that, you aren't really in any danger of losing your account.

Sooo has anyone heard of the new pokemon bank?
It's going to be a cloud based storage which can store up to 3000 pokemanz. Also it will allow you to transfer pokemon from the past generation of games (black, white, black 2, white 2)
And the original starters are getting mega evolutions too.
What are your guys's thoughts on this?
Also supposedly the bank will have a yearly fee of ¥500 (whatever the f*ck that equates to...)

500 Yen is equal to $5.01 US Dollar.
And that sounds pretty cool. I've never had a DS though, so I don't care for it.

We'll talk about you guys being idiots.

And on topic of that Pokemon bank, it's an absolutely stupid idea in my opinion. I can understand being a hardcore pokemon player, with competitive battling and whatnot, but who in their right mind needs to have 3000 pokemon? Seriously? I barely ever catch more than 100 or so when I play through a pokemon game, and at that I barely use more than 8 in a runthroug.

Then again I'm not competitive, but goddamn there is no need for 3000.

Also the money charge is stupid too but the reason is worse than the price. Even if it is cheap.

I think they should lower the price to say $2.50 and raise the amount of Pokemon to 5000, or just not have a price on it all.
Most people will agree with the latter.

Well, I think the other feature is a better reason to get it. That is, the feature that allows you to easily transfer Pokemon from any of the DS installments. Honestly though, I don't really think you could have to pay for that.

I stepped on the petals. Conversation over. Back to pokemon.

I like the whole "ohey you don't have to lose your old pokeymans" feature of it. it's just the fact they're making it an online storage and making you have to pay for it is the problem. I think they could've just made a free system to get the old pokemon on the new games, like they did with Diamond/Pearl and the GBA titles. I dunno, I just find it stupid.

I agree. We didn't have to pay the first few times, why do we now?
However, I think they're doing that for things such as farming, so you can raise an entire box PC full of Gengars or whatever the hell you farm.

I'd do it if it was a one time fee. It sorta makes sense since GBA to DS, there was a slot for each game, and DS to DS, you could trade with systems, but DS to 3DS, there's one game slot and it's different platforms to trade back and forth to (well only to in this case)

Listen, 5.00 dollars a year (even if that were true) may seem like a lot, but if you can't afford that, then just don't use the Pokebank.

Also, the mega evolutions for pokemon look awesome.

So far I've only liked Mewtwo's mega evo. I feel like it's the only one that got an actual redesign
Shouldn't a Mega evolution be more drastic then just "give it a beard" or "longer horn"?
