So I decided to make this topic to see what your guys favourite series is. You know, we get to know eachother better, silly stuff like that. We could even look into some other good series too. Hopefully this wasn't already made by somebody else.

Sooo, let me start. My favourite series is Dexter.
Image

It's about this guy (Michael C. Hall) Dexter, that works for Miami P.D as a forensics analyst, but he's also a serial killer.
Here's the twist: He kills only killers, ironic enough. He has an urge he cannot stop but instead he channels it by killing serial killers. It's a code his father Harry taught him.
Don't worry now! I won't spoil the whole plot.

Fair enough. But just focusing on story driven episodic content leaves out the other kind, so let's keep the thread universal.

So should I leave it "Series" or "Serial"? At first I meant serial, but I guess series is good too..

Edit: nevermind, it's series.

My favourite series is My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic.
Image

It's about this pony (Tara Strong) Twilight Sparkle, that works for Princess Celestia as an intern studying Friendship, but she's also a unicorn.
Here's the twist: She doesn't like making friends, ironic enough. She has an urge she cannot stop to just read books alone but instead she channels it by obeying the princess and making friends. It's a code she taught herself.
Don't worry now! I won't spoil the whole plot.

EDIT: DARN IT! WHY WON'T THE PICTURES WORK??? EITHER TOO BIG, OR SO SMALL!!!!

Oh my god, I love Avatar. It's treated as a serial because it's split into 3 different series; Water, Earth and Fire. It's still a cool series.

My favorite series would probably have to be Community.

It's about a study group that does... well... a lot of weird things. Jeff Winger, the quick-witted guy who usually screws up constantly throughout the storyline. There's Troy Barnes, the athletic football star. Shirley Bennett, the religious christian. Pierce, the arrogant old guy. Abed Nadir, the quirky son-of-a-gun who constantly makes movie references. There's Annie Edison, the cute one with a lot of attitude. And finally, there's Britta Perry, the annoying one, making out with a different man every day, more times than I change clothes.

It's definitely worth watching if you have some time to spare.

It's about this pony (MRS. I DON'T CARE WHO PLAYS HER) Twilight Sparkle, that works for Princess Celestia as an intern studying Friendship, but she's also a unicorn.
Here's the twist: She doesn't like making friends, ironic enough. She ends up making friends in the next 24 hours after a heel face turn and now all she does is hang out with them and learn a lesson on friendship by tuesday. Don't worry now! I'll spoil the whole plot. So she eventually saves the world like 4 times and then finally get's turned into an Alicorn causing everyone to hate her due to being overpowered but after the episode many calmed down THE FRICKEN END!!!

EDIT: DARN IT! WHY WON'T THE PICTURES WORK??? EITHER TOO BIG, OR SO SMALL!!!!

He actually didn't. If you read both Bob's is an actual explanation of the show while Turret's just ranting about Twilight Sparkle and the fact she's now an alicorn.

Although this is true, I was joking more than anything else.

Yuru Yuri, for sure.
Right after starting middle school, Akari Akaza joins the Amusement Club which is composed solely by her two childhood friends, Kyouko Toshinou and Yui Funami. Chinatsu Yoshikawa, Akaza's classmate, becomes a member after finding out about the dissolution of the Tea Club.

The Amusement Club, situated at the tea room facility since the Tea Club disbanded, has no clear purpose, being free for the girls to do whatever they want.

It's pretty entertaining, and the charcters are fun.

since my english tv has like 20 channels i'd say anything on e4 really apart from soap operas or new normal (i just don't think it's a good idea, making a series about 2 homosexual guys trying to have a baby).

if you have no idea what e4 is or any of it's channels i mostly watch HIMYM, scrubs, ROE, big bang theory etc.

i really feel left out that i don't really like manga or mlp but it's just not my thing.
