No way! I always thought the best was Wind Waker, The atmosphere was amazing.

I enjoyed Wind Waker but I mostly like the orignal zelda game. Majoras mask was fun for me and was my second favorite. I did like OOT but I thought Skyward Sword was better. Minish Cap was the first Zelda game I beat and I enjoyed it.

I'm not the biggest fan of Legend of Link. I'm still a fan, though. I have the 1 and 2 as part of the ambassador program on the 3ds, and as we all know, 2 was unplayable. I couldn't figure it out. I also have four swords anniversary edition and minish cap. I'm stuck on the first element. Nintendo land's LOZ game is the best NL game there.

I'm quite a fan of the Zelda series, but I've lost interest a little lately.
I've played and finished every single Zelda game out there, except Skyward Sword. That one didn't really cut it for me.
Didn't get my hands on Spirit Tracks yet either (but will soon now that I have a 3DS).

As for my favorites:
LoZ: Twilight Princess has the best Atmosphere and Music in my opinion.
LoZ: Ocarina of Time was the most fun to play in my experience. Master Quest being even more fun.
Legend of Zelda 1 (yes, the very first NES zelda). Has the most replay value. I rarely grow tired of this one.
Legend of Zelda: Oracle of Ages (and Oracle of Seasons) were the best Handheld Zelda's for me.
I never cared much about the four swords games, they didn't feel very Zelda-like.

But in general my top 3 would be:
1. Legend of Zelda.
2. Legend of Zelda: Oracle of Seasons.
3. Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time (preferably Master Quest).

I think it's the flying that really kills the game (plus the fact that there's no really new theme... *cough* nsmb *cough*)

Yeah, I think I left somewhat of a rant on that somewhere, something about Zelda being a game with 50 different dresses.
I haven't even touched or looked at the New Super Mario Bros. games and probably never will...

I'd suggest picking the originals (nsmb and nsmb wii) because they actually had (for the most part) new content.

Renhoek, I'd bet you played NSMB2 and not NSMBU.

other way around (I'm not dumb enough to fall for that coin crap),
I loved playing U but I couldn't help but feel most of it was a rehash of wii, world, and smb 3. (also what's with cluster theme in the forest?)
though u has much more new content than nsmb2.
