Wow, wow, wow....

wow

Calm down, fellow, it's not that bad, at least it's his own work, he isn't posting links from other people, or messing with us (except for his bad mappacks).

Misunderstanding stuff is very bad.

Explaining THE SEQUEL- CHAPTER I:
Once upon a time a little forest where little living things lived peacefully, Antilitus came and messep it up, he made a big city full of buildings for two reasons: Sell his products and Hiding a secret lab as a Plan B. Soon the living things evolved into smart living things, like this one:
Image
A business Wiggler.
He works like an ant (the joke is that he is a caterpillar), and he have better thing to do than trying to defeat you, don't stomp him, he goes nuts.
(He doesn't have a flower on his head, i will make him drop his glasses)

"Do you want a work as a security guard?"
"But mine is rugby"
"You will get big money"
"Ok, when do i start?"
"Tomorrow, just bring your helmet, we will give you an uniform."

"Do you want a work as a security guard?"
"But mine is rugby"
"You will get big money"
"Ok, when do i start?"
"Tomorrow, just bring your helmet, we will give you an uniform."[/quote]
The next day...
"Ok, I'm here."
"Is that your helmet?"
"Yeah"
"It's garbage. But don't worry, i have something better for you."
"I won't use another helmet."
"This one is absolutely indestructible, are you sure?"
"Hmmm.. Ok"
"Do you want a bulletproof vest too?"
"Why do i need all this stuff?"
"Believe me, you're going to need it"

So, because big cities need big policemen:
Image
The first one is a slower Chargin' Chuck, but you can't kill him by stomping it, the second "Police Chuck" resists fireballs, it has the same speed as the first, and the third is a Chargin' Chuck recolored, i'm not going to use it.
Any opinions? Yeah, the clothes are based on the security guard's from Half-Life.

You should make it so it looks left and right, then it takes out the spikes.
Also, I feel like it would go in a lava world.

That one actually might work in both. Its just generally dark, and both those areas are dark.

It will face the player, i was just showing that it can face both directions.
And, yeah, i think it will fit on the lava world.

The colors fit more in a cave setting though
and spiky enemies are more common in cave settings than lava setting anyways

Edit: Ninjad'! also lava areas aren't dark

If you are talking to me, I don't mean dark as in physical darkness, but as in like evil, or unhappy.

So I decided to make logos off of all of the Mario Karts via animations, based off of their number in the series and the system it was on.
Image
(The SNES logo isn't disappearing, it's just turning white.)
That's the first one so far, I going to end up pasting them all together in an avatar-trophy for when I master all Mario Karts.
(aka 100%-ing them all.)

Made the 64 one.
Image (Yes, the track resembles a 2. That's the point.)
Expect 1 per day.
(I've been lazy making them, but I still have to ace their respective games before putting them all together.)

Edit:
With all of them having differing number of frames per second and differing frame numbers, that's going to be more difficult than I imagined.

Just to put the two next to each other to see what it looks like:

Edit: There are supposed to be shoulder buttons on that GBA, but they match the post background entirely.
Double Dash Edit: I just realized I made the GBA sprite backwards.
Here's the real one:

*Constructive Criticism dump*
Image
The larger wall panels seam A bit plain or empty. Which is odd given the awesome amount of value and detail on the edges. Maybe make it seam more plated or add rivets.

Image
The shading in the shell feels off. The value doesn't really match the contours of the shell making the shell feel jiggly like a bubble and less solid.
The highlight should be more concentrated. Given the amount of contrast between the lightest and darkest values and lack of texturing, It feels like your trying to give the shell a shiny, sleek look. Although the highlight in the shell seems very large and unfocused, making the shell also feel dull mated.
The legs should also be more alternated like you said to make it feel more natural.
And finally, the Pato logo is a little hard to distinguish with the weird blending.

Image
If there is one thing you're great at Hans, its making awesome looking people. The only problem I have here is that the blue outline feels a bit too dark and I missed the logo at first glance.

Over all though its amazing so far, and remember that these are just my opinions and you are entitled to agree or disagree with anyone of them. :D

For that MM102, you have earned a new respect.

Otherwise, I had my Gamecube 4, but it got deleted.
There's that, and then it wasn't animated because I didn't know how.
Any way to represent that Double Dash mechanic?

For 1 I had the 1/SNES controller to signify it was the 1st Mario Kart. That's all that was special about it.
For 2, I tried to symbolize a somewhat the new course designs, but the course resembling a 2 wasn't much. I could have done better.
For 3, I went for a GBA to symbolize portability. Because that's what was special about it. I also tried to model the 3 after the Super Circuit subtitle in the logo, but I didn't make it wide enough/angled.
Meanwhile, I need something to represent the Double Dash mechanic.
