Paint don't fill the same role as photoshop/gimp/paint.net .

I do all my avatars and pixel art in rwp just use the pencil tool/ turn smoothing off
I know they have gaussian blur as an effect
Im not sure about cloud generation (I dont mess with either)

Someday I would like to get photoshop though =/

Actually, I've though on it. But then I reminded that when you kill turrets, their "eyes" turns off. The lasers would look strange, since what I tried to communicate was that they were "killed"...
