The ^>v game was also a spammy forum game with little to no discussion. So you can't accurately compare it to the chat room, where actual conversation (mostly) happens.

There is a 404 Error for the Source of Terrorism Simulator 2014.
The Executable download works fine.

Anybody else have issues with stress or depression with no correlation to this website and its shortcomings?

I once had a weed trip (unfortunately I seem to be in the 1% that has bad weed trips) so bad that I genuinely thought I had figured out the meaning of life, but it was meaningless and dumb and that made me depressed for weeks. Then the exact same thing happened again and I'm still pretty bummed. My point is, get over it, pussy.

I'm wondering why you are asking this (or did I miss something?). So it makes me assume that you have issues with stress and/or depression... What has got you down?

Humans are the only creatures on earth that will show you their weaknesses to evoke sympathy. Some people even say it's because of our intelligence, rather than emotion... Always wondered what it really is. It's not that I don't care about others, though.

But if you're really interested here's my deal:
I'm a little stressed (emphasis on 'a little') because of my irregular work-schedule. It causes me to make last minute decisions and travel back and forth on the spot, sometimes causing to cancel visits to friends I haven't seen in ages. But I'm not really complaining about it all.
The thing that makes me a little down is that I haven't really found a hobby I'm truly fond of, something to spend my free time on and make others happy with.
I have the feeling I score below average with my drawing and modeling (regardless of what people say) and I can't really keep my focus on it, I lose interest in it after a few days each time. I've kept looking around for hobbies that might be more up my alley for about... 10 years. And I've tried countless of things that people suggested me to try. I'm running out of things to try. Perhaps I need something to motivate me in what I already enjoy in doing or perhaps I need to take a different approach at things?
Story of my life.

Still worried about them social issues?
Still want to be an "Abstract Artist" when you grow up?
Still want to do those drugs and damage yourself for a short moment of social attention?

If you think I meant by 'below average' on a global scale, then I think you are retarded. There are way too many people to compare yourself to and there are always people who will surpass you (most likely Asians). It's inevitable.
I meant it on the base of what I would be satisfied with myself, it works really dis-motivating.

It's a hobby, not my fucking job. I do it for as long as I want, for as long as I will enjoy it.

As for the artist part.
I actually don't mind when people do abstract art as a hobby.
Its when people do is as a "job" is what gets me.

By this logic you may as well just stab yourself. (aka you have shit logic)

Jorichi, what you really need is to find something you're motivated to do. Not something you're good at. If you really love, say, playing an instrument, but you're really bad at it, do it anyway. Doing something you don't like just because you're good at it is an awful habit, doing something you love even though you're bad at it is a good habit. If you really love doing it, you'll spend so much time doing it that eventually you'll start getting good, and this will only motivate you more, until you're really, really good.

What's the fault with this logic?
Its not going to make a difference.
But I choose to live because as there is no life after death I need to get my fill of social interactions before I die because that's just how the human brain works.

Saying "Your life's are all meaningless" isn't the greatest way to start a discussion anyway.
Also being a dick about art and hobbies doesn't help.

It kind of did feel like it was directed to me and Raicuparta because of last two lines.
And I'm not offended, it takes a lot for me to be offended. It was the weird logic behind it that got to me.
And about that 'people calling making abstract art a job': It would be a job if you live from it on your own, not? In short: I simply don't care about that.

Well, that's really the problem in what I'm doing. I love drawing and modeling (or perhaps graphical work in general), but I never manage to do it for a long time. I tend to work on it a day or two, then I get distracted or I lose motivation to continue. Then I won't get back to it for several days (sometimes). But big parts of my motivation comes from doing these things for people who like it/want it/need it. It probably doesn't really make sense, I guess...

Not hobbies.
I did say I have no problem with what hobbies people have.
Normal artist like pixel artist and the ones who create designs for stuff are amazing.
But its the ones that create random shit and sell it to rich old people that don't have anything to spend the money on.
For example a painting of four colorful dots was sold for a shiiton of money.
