Hi, so does anyone have any ideas on how to get over my fear of bridges?

Just saying because there is this bridge between my school and my house that I get terrified when I cross it. Also, this bridge is made of wood and is a bit wobbly and cars go on it also.

The way to overcome it is get into a routine of filling up your mind while walking across the bridge.
This works because as soon as you get on the bridge your eyes send a command to the brain saying it's danger.
If you fill your mind up so the brain can't receive the message you should be alright crossing/looking at the bridge.
Doing this on a regular basis makes your eyes stop sending the message because the brain doesn't receive it anyway.

Now how to fill up your mind you ask? Here are a few:
Count the Fibonacci sequence in your head (Google it)
Think of math problems that take a while e.g 12312+122343
Count prime numbers
Other stuff you can think of.
THIS ONLY WORKS ON PHOBIAS THAT MAKE YOU FEAR STUFF THAT YOU CAN VISUALIZE AND WHAT YOU CAN SEE.

Another way is to force an emotion for yourself and overcome the emotion that makes you scared. But that one is hard and might take months.

rokit boy...... is that REALLY you??? Lol, joking. I didn't know you could do that! Or did I? I once had a fear of heights, but now I live on the highest part of a tall aparment.
