Here's a completely original idea: post your desktop!

If it doesn't fit elsewhere, it should go here

No, the attack of icons and folders

Also, my desktop on my Virtual Machine, I mainly use it for getting correct graphics on my Wind0ws 98 stuff. Trying to use any website with it is funny to do though

I didn't want to post my desktop because I thought it was cluttered, but then I saw Turtley3's, so here it is!

You kept that crap meme I made?
Cool.

Also, I see it says cursors.
Do you have that cursor editing program?

I had a trail, and I made a custom stick man cursor.
Before I uninstaled it, I tried editing the invert colors cursor, but the trial ended so I couldn't figure out what would happen if I turned it into an image.

I felt like putting al the images on imgur, so here's the contents of my desktop. (P.S. there are two triple hatted turret ducks because one is my icon and one is my back up for when I change it.)

If you're on android, it's usually power + Volume down and hold it for a screenshot. On iOS it's home + lock.

The background was made by me, and has a black version too :)

EDIT: Before someone asks, some folders/files are from my family (that's why they're blured), and everything is in Brazilian Portuguese :)

I thought this image of Dark Souls was funny, so I set it as my wallpaper for a month or two.

Be wary of big picture.

Well, the one up in the top right corner is single and ready to mingle.

Do I have enough monitors?

Mind if I flip the topic a little?
We all know what a desktop look likes now. And preferences on the matter differ from person to person.
Why not post a shot of your complete computer setup? What fancy monitor and keyboard do you use? Or what stone-age monstrosity do you have to put up with?
Or where do you browse the forum from?
Here's mine.

EDIT:
Heck; why not the gaming corner as well? What does your gaming corner look like?
Here is mine:
The consoles. What's what.
The gameshelves. What's what.

Not the way I have it set up. They're separate monitors. Linux only screencaps one desktop at a time.

Because multiple screens are awesome. That's the point.

I'd have about 10 or so monitors just set up in a circular formation with a rotating chair in the middle of them all so I could multitask like no other if I could. They're that awesome.
I'm just stuck with 2 separate laptops for now.

I have them stacked in threes on a slight curve on the end of my room.
