Back from vacation.
Good to be home...
The highlight of the trip was ordering all you can eat pancakes and instead of getting as many as I wanted, they gave me a pancake the size of a large pizza.
It was pretty cool (I only finished half)
In my opinion, MK7 immensely improved the online multiplayer. The game did have several annoying flaws, though, such as no VS mode, not as many characters as MKWii, and unbearably obnoxious Mii voices.
This is a victory for consumers. That'll teach Microsoft not to force the future upon a world where there are places lacking internet.
Now it's going to be one hell of a battle between Sony and MS. With none of that DRM crap, plus the casual and TV market in line for the XBone, it's going to give PS4 a run for it's money. Even if that system is 499 and the PS4 is 399.
It seems there was a lot of emphasis on "Just like you do on the xBox 360". Sarcastic remarks about obsolete machinery? Or genuine assurance of what the consumer wanted?
I think this looks awesome. I'm glad they decided on making is stop-motion, and not computer animated.
I've even made some LEGO stop-motion my self. :P

It's not too hard to just swap over head pieces to get expressions.
Still, they have different head pieces for expressions and mouth movements. As well as all the mouths match up exactly with the lines. I could see the possibility of lego manufacturing different expressions for their own custom movie, but I think it would be much easier and less costly if they were animated.
I think I know what Camel is talking about. There was a few Lego sets that were aimed at helping you to make stop motion animations. I remember one of them had this giant dinosaur foot contraption that you could use to make it look like someone is being chased by a dinosaur. I guess there was also something that had several different versions of the same head, each with a different facial expression for face animations. As for the movie, it looks to me like it's cgi made to look like a stopmotion. The faces don't look at all to me like they are made from different heads. I could be wrong, though.

Lego Studios, specifically this one
this set had 7 lego minifig: the pilot, the girl with a pink shirt(they're the actors, the ones in the car), the director, a cameraman, a female assistant, a rescue member, and a technician, none of them had multiple heads.
Well I checked, and it doesn't seem that the speech heads weren't part of Lego Studios. I can't seem to find them on bricklink. Do you remember what it looked like?

Off-Topic: Did you guys ever played card games? e.g Duel Masters or Yu-Gi-Oh!
I've found my old cards. I was like obsessed with them, I now have a bag (one that's almost as big as an A3 sheet paper) full of Duel Masters and Yu Gi Oh! Cards, 80% of them being super-ultra-extremely rare and powerful lol. I never knew how to play Yu Gi Oh! though. :( I loved Duel Masters.
Edit2: Apparently it is an online reboot + a show on The Hub. Those cards look so sexy but I already have them (old version, they didn't look as good).
Welcome back Chippy, i was waiting for you.
Also thanks a bunch Mariobros2 for the HL2 Copy :)
@Costinteo The only cards i have are Card-Jitsu cards. (Woohoo i can remember you name)
