I see January 2012 has only a 96.46% of uptime, while October's response time was the slowest, at 658 ms!

Response time really isn't so much reliable since as far as I know it uses US servers for data, and transatlantic data transfer is not only affected by distance. As for uptime, January is when we switched from FanaticalVPS to Hetzner.
