What happened to the Rimshot Forum?

I noticed the Not Pacman forum had replaced the Rimshot forum. Is this because the Rimshot forum is not important and inactive, or because Not Pacman is near completion?
Rimshot forum got converted into a general purpose STYS related whatever forum and it's here.
As for the question, yes to both.
