Is it possible to have multiple custom tilesets? I know that you need to name the image as tiles.png and place it in your map folder. Naming it anything else won't make it show up in the game.

You could always combine the two. Just paste the second tileset below the first.

Actually, it doesn't work 100%. Some of the blocks turn into coins and question mark boxes. Is there any specific way of doing it?

If there's space between the tiles then it will not work. Other than that, no.

Creator of the GLaDOS tileset made a lots of mistakes. if you look at this tiles, you should notice that he drawed it without rules. So, game reads them incorrectly

It works well in the original though. Combining seems to ruin stuff I guess.
