Love Folder

I've heard that to get mods you need to download whatever you want and extract it to c:/Documents and Settings/All Users/Application Data/Love. Or something similar. Well that LOVE folder isn't there! Help D: !

I don't seem to have that, after All Users, the only thing similar to appdata is Application Data, and Roaming isn't there D:

Start game (1.4), go to "Select Mappack", press M.
