[SHADER] Wobbly and Wavy shaders

NOTE: To use this mod put the new shaders as "wobbly.frag" and "wave.frag" in the shaders folder inside mari0.love

I thought it would be fun to have something like the minecraft acidtrip shader mod and I wanted to take a crack at making shaders, so here is the result.

-- This one just ripples back and forth a little bit. Took most of this from a guy (I'll check who later...) on the love developer forums, but toned it down some. Mostly just to get a feel for it, but it looks cool so here it is.
