I tried out Mari0 for the first time and found it very interesting. I'd love to see it included in a Linux distributions but it can't with the graphics/sound/music/levels from SMB. I've started putting together modified graphics based on opengameart.org artwork. Right now not a lot has changed. You grab the code from github.

I believe I have replaced all the SMB graphics. Some of the new graphics are ugly. Still working on the sounds. I haven't started doing new levels yet. I hope to make a video of the new graphics at some point.
