hey!
someone explain to me how to create a mod ? or at least create the mod I want ?? i want to create a "undertale" mod (please don't insults me)

if you are actually making a whole mod (editing files and stuff), you must have some programming language skills with LUA and LOVE2D
if the mod is based around SE, you can take a look
here
if the mod is based around 1.6, take a look at every folder instead of asking directly
