Can somebody make a mod which lets you be able to toggle the GUI on and off at will?

What GUI(s)? How? Why? What version of Mari0? I think you need to explain better what you want first

You can do that with Alesan's Entities.

Well I'm making a Mari0 CYOA topic on another forum and I'm using the 9enemies version of SE. There's one scene where the GUI (MARIO 000000 COINSx00 WORLD 1-1 TIME EDIT) is peacefully resting on the very top blocks and I have to manually edit it out with paint.net every time.

Replace game.lua by this:

Then press F3 ingame to toggle the gui on and off ;)

not be a stickler here but thats the HUD not the GUI
GUI (graphical user interface) is something that you interact with like a menu
HUD (heads up display) is just for displaying information to give you a "heads up" on things
