How to make Animations?
Isn't the format pretty self-explanatory?

If you mean the animations in the editor, you use them with triggers found in the entities menu.

supports up to 14 frames but you can expand it as much as you need
You don't need a template or a tutorial.
It's pretty easy to figure out in game.
Trigger is what triggers your animation
Conditions make the trigger more specific.
And the Actions is what happens (Starts at the top and makes it's way down)
And no, you can't make your own custom actions without a mod if that's what you're asking.

Use the "Create Dialogues" action. The first field is for the text and the second for the speaker.
