It would be awesome if someone could make it to where you bring the splitscreen back! If any of you know SMBx, That splitscreen type thing is cool!

It was actually being made into the game at one point. I'm not sure if it still is being made for Special Edition, but there is this video showcasing it.

I looked at the screenshot marathon, and it had splitscreen and so since it was either removed, never finished, or a work in progress. So I requested it!

It is possible via modding. If I remember correctly, it was just temporarily removed, but the code is still there. Do you want it on Mari0 1.6 on Mari0 SE?
