The problem is that one of his mappack is corrupt.
Edit: To solve the problem, alt+f2, copy-paste "%appdata%\Love\" and "return".
A folder should open, and it should contain a "mari0" folder. Open that, then open "mappacks" in it.
Now, you are in the folder that contains your custom mappacks. Try to delete some mappacks, then try to rerun mari0 to see if it work. If you delete every mappack, it should work.
