How can i add new enemies in my game ?

Here's the problem : i don't know where i can put those .json files for enemies. does i have to put them in SE and if yes, how can i make more of those enemies ex: evil luigi

If you're trying to add an enemy .json file it would go in a folder inside your mappack folder called "enemies"
So add a folder in ...\LOVE\mari0_se\mappacks\[your mappack name here]\ called "enemies" if there isn't one there already.
It's right in the documentation along with a ton of other helpful stuff in case you still need help or have more questions in the future.
