I couldn't think of a more creative name than that. This is a very simple modification that changes the sky (background) color depending on the time (specifically hour) on your computer if the background is normally the sky blue color. It really took little effort after figuring out how to do it, it took more time getting the colors close to realistic sky colors at the right times.

Amazing! This is one of the best mods ive ever seen!
It is much better than all of those mods that change the game to be just like SMB on the NES.

You do realize that "all of those mods" are two mods, one being mine (as well as this mod your posting on saying it's amazing, yet it took a couple hours to make, but SMB+ has been worked on for over half a year)

This doesent get rid of pgun and change it to be just like the nes. This makes the time change in-game. SMB+ isn't an addon, it's a complete overhaul to Mari0 to demake it back to SMB1 with some extra features, and it's actually well-crafted, especially coming from someone that always liked playing SMB1 ROM hacks and once wanted Mari0 to further resemble it's inspiration. It took longer because there were a lot of edits to the main .love file itself.
This is a minor but interesting mod, which didn't take as long as SMB+ because it only adds in the day/night cycle. Sorta like the NES game Kid Kool where the background changes colors based on how much time you spend in-game.
