This mod would allow the character to be colored Like paint or that kind of thing to make even more personalized characters for multiplayer.

You can use an image editing application like GIMP and follow the character tables that have been floating around.

To me, having something that requires less work than what is said above will spawn brainless character creations like "OMG Snipper Scope player!" Or "Line-man!"
