So I updated the mod with saving.

It uses a different save file, so you'll need to reset your controls and stuff. That way it doesn't horribly screw up your normal save file.

For me it starts at the end (I'm sure that was on purpose)
But when I go back, entities are disappearing, I die and they come back, and there's no apparent finish.

Loving Xero's arts XD Epiiiic.

A cool thing to try to work on when SE comes out is like, notable differences in how each character acts. Like grabbing Root Beer could make MotherDucker take 3 hits instead of 2, or having Idiot grab a mushroom would make him x2 faster, getting coins as Kiashi can allow him to double jump at the cost of a coin, and HF's [rootbeerwads] could last longer than one hit, but only have one shot out at a time.

Examples, really. But the extended customization abilities in SE are really piquing my interest. Ideas about character expansion are flowing in, and I think Mari0: GSYSE could be a really good showcase for those things.
And even if there aren't built in things for the stuff I'm talking about, I think Maurice's "Improved" code can allow changes to easily be modded in.

mari0br0s, if you're not including the star you need to make the head 16x16px big.

Edit: The mod is updated with a few things:
-Qcode's updated it with saving, so you don't have to cycle your character every time you start. It will stay the same character.
-Jony put in as castle ?-blocks
-mari0br0s put in as Star (using my sprites because I forgot to take them out but too lazy too, will update with his version once he makes good sprites)

Download in the same spot as always.
