Sepia is my favorite. Probably give it a few changes and we could have a Game Boy filter!
Pinky reminds me of an old-age Atari game.

3 suggestions: remove the PIP effect from gameboy, and you know how the edges of the crazy blur test loop over?
make that into a separate shader, without the radial blur 2. Also, Can you make it so that you can use more than 2 shaders at a time?

I actually just edited the code a little and that was it. I didn't learn how to do .frag programming.
I might be able to remove the PIP effect from the Gameboy Shader though. :)

How about a totally new shader: Anger. (as you may have guessed) It makes the screen tinted red (and make it shake around a bit if that's even possible)

Reminds me of Trosh (the game). I'll try to make it. :)

How about a Trosh Shader that puts the attention on the player (you remember how it was)

I was derping and decided that the pixelate shader wasn't pixelly enough, so I changed a value. Got this: http://www.mediafire.com/?57hi65l1wm98hlb

Using a modified starting point for the radialblurr that starts at the middle of the bottom edge of the screen and the edges shader and bam: 3Dish looking mario.

It means your graphics card doesn't support shaders.
Or, it may mean something else, but I'm pretty sure it's the graphics card.

Not all Windows 7 PCs have an amazing graphics card.
Normally to get a good one, you need to have a custom built one, or just a gaming PC.

You can also try to update your driver.
