there's a mod where you can stop time completely and still move.

Not true! Time is not stopped! Only slowed down by 99%

close enogh everything stops moving.

You have to scroll the mouse wheel down once you middle click to get them to completely stop though.

Well, you have to track what's happened, undo everything, link it to a keypress, and when you let go of the button it reverts to normal time.
And then you have shining entities that defy time travelling, and for all I know when those collide with the non-shining objects and you mess with forwards and backwards time that may very well cause a lot of crashes. Hmm.

Colliding enemies will die. If we can't have Braid mods, I WILL have a Tim skin.

Add a portal gun to these and it may work for SE.
