Teleport

I was wondering, how would you make an entity that transports you to another entity like a teleporter?

how can i say this without sounding like a dick : do you ever use the portal gun ? if you mean " to teleport from one world to another " then we already have pipes .

pipes don't go in all directions.
plus what if he wants it to go through multiple walls?

i don't see the necesity of making it plus i wonder why would someone make a level with walls ? oh well i'm no pro on these stuff but let the choise be Maurice's

What I mean is that making a teleporter that would allow you to go from point a to point b, in let's say, another room, portal guns don't go through walls.
