As much as I hate Weegee, maybe I can help. To make a big one, you have to make his head bigger. Also, why didn't you ask in a hat gallery instead of making a thread?

I Think it is easier to find help in a new thread. And the Weegee hat Looked Horrible when I tried to make it bigger:

That's perfect, but you need to align it better. Like, more up.

Also, don't expect me to do it soon, because I'm busy right now. But anyone can try to do it before I can BTW.

Idiot made an instruction of how to make hats, if I remember correctly...
And if you want to resize it, use Photoshop, although it'll turn out blurry.

That is correct, Mr. RWLabs, but my tutorial is only for CanI's hatloader mod, which I don't think lolpoop89 is using.
Also it was a tutorial for animated hats. So I don't think it will be of much use.

Anyway, I decided to help with aligning the hat, although I used my own big hat for it, as I kinda had mixed feelings over your big hat lolpoop89.
Also it's only compatible with hatloader mod, as I don't know how to replace the default hats. If you want to try it, here's the hat:

If you did put it where it's supposed to go (in the 'hats' folder), then go to options and look for the hat among the others.

I did put it in the hat folder, but when I go to the options menu and look for it, the no. of hats hasn't changed and still scrolling I get an error
