Yes, it was RWLabs's (lolwat) idea, but I think he got his idea from Twatter Story. Also, I'll see if I can create my own icon, and make more hats. Remember, this hat gallery is public, so you can post your hats here.

The Hotrod Hat places small Mario in a convertible with Luigi, and Luigi pulls big Mario in a wagon along Mushroom Kingdom with the Hotrod Hat.

Considering that LF stopped making hats in August 2012, that he's made a grand total of 5 posts this month (ie he's pretty inactive), and that your post is just a request and not actually adding anything, yeah it's a hell of a bump.

There is an error when the hats are put into hat loader. in the settings.txt (or whatever it's called) you have to follow the names EXACTLY, like for the robot Mario hat, it needs to be RobotMario, or when you do the army hat, it has to be Army, not army. I fixed it in my version of the mod, so I got them to load, but next time, remember to make the names in the settings EXACTLY like the pictures.
EDIT= That's why it only loads the Cape first instead of the others.
