Map-pack won't load past level 1-2

I am making this map but doesn't load level 1-3(it gets stuck at 1-2). I was wondering if this only happens on my computer or if other people have this problem. Any suggestions to fix this?

I bet that the castle/whatever after the flagpole is not 6 blocks away.
