I am sorry, but I don't know where to put this if it doesn't go here.
But I'm wondering if there is any mari0 client that lets you change the world names. (e.g: World -1-1 or World A-1)
Something to change the "World" slot? Not the level but the world slot?

Example:

''-World Slot
**-Level Slot

World '1'-*1*

EDIT: If so, can anyone make a client where you go after the flag pole as well.

You could use my mod (link) to allow the player go beyond the flag pole
All you need to do is right click the flag tile.
As for the world name, the mod can change worlds above 9 to letters but it doesn't support negatives.

Additionally, SE supports any positive integer for the world and level name, up to something like 9,999,999,999
