I'm creating this mappack, with some interessting concepts, it is based in making it cute as possible, with many worlds, and while playing, you can keep on the levels as much as you want, there's no need to go fast as possible, there's a lot of things to explore in a single level, from hidden coins to secret areas, mini-games that garant you special rewards, and much more.

Every progress will be posted here.

About the characters:

The Main Characters are Maria and Luiza (incase you somehow didn't notice, they're "girl versions" of Mario and Luigi)

The villan wont be Bowser, but, Bowser Jr. 

I will be regulary posting new updates.

Kawaii needs a portal gun. Or puppy gun or whatever you want. Something to create portals with.
Other than that, it looks awesome, and yes, it's cute.

quick question:
will there be any mods necessary or does it run off of SE?
i haven't been up to speed on updates and mods or anything so im just curious
i'm looking forward to this either way it looks great

It's been a while without updates, the mappack is slowly getting worked, for a while, i'm working on the music part, it's not that simple...

Yeah i changed the Famitracker font to Comic Sans, it makes Famitracker look less "Formal"

Whoa. Looks SO AWESOME. This was actually something I saw on the forums when I hadn't signed up. At the time, I thought, "Oh, that's pretty cool." But when I wanted to see it again I couldn't find it. (I was looking in modding.) But today I look in mapping and see it. Can't wait to try this.

I'm curious, though, how do you make the blocks change when Mario (or whoever it is) touches it/gets near? I can't figure it out.

[sarcasm]I didn't notice.[/sarcasm] It's interesting that you're using  bowser jr.  for the main villian, and I can't wait to see how you made the basic enemies. (goombas/koopas)  I'm guessing Bowser makes a suprise appearance in the end.

I did more progress on the mappack, and now, you can play as Luiza!

I'm finishing all the Overworld enemies first, I've done the first 2 levels, it might be a little amount of levels for the long time I posted this mappack, but it's because of the secrets and other stuff.

Cool! That enemy reminds me of those fat flying green things from Super Mario Galaxy 2. Luzia, I personally don't like. But I feel the need to share it with everyone. You might also wanna update the main post.

Small Update! But the gif is big.

Made checkpoints a bit cooler.
You can make the firework go up how many times you want.

Edit: Better firework few posts down there and in the main post.

This really looks cool! I was going to suggest things like making the firework launcher smaller, faster and the explosion bigger, but then I realized that maybe that's just your style. So I'm fine with it :3
Also, is it bad that it reminds me of Minecraft fireworks?

Super Kawaii Sisters development will stop for some time.


This morning something was wrong with my computer, I took it to maintenance and it is some problem with a system32 file, I have very small chances of getting all my files back, if my files get lost, I'll see what I can do to keep SKS development up.

My computer was fixed.

My computer was fixed, but the whole mappack was deleted...

I still have some files left, and the lost content is honestly not that big deal, I can get it back by redoing it.

So I'm happy to say Super Kawaii Sisters is still up.

After going through some problems, I'm finally able to redo Super Kawaii Sisters!

It will be a long time to recover everything though, more than 60% of the progress was lost, all that was left was the music and some of the sprites.

I feel kind of embarassed in asking this but...

Any help recovering the sprites is appreciated!

I've been getting these questions before, and, no, the mappack isn't dead, I'm just having a small time due to my personal stuff, but I've recovered all of the mappack progress that I lost and I did a ton more of progress, I just don't have anything new to show yet.

But I would like to thank the people that sent me questions about the mappack, it makes me feel I'm doing a good work. ^~^

I'm not planning in post a demo, sorry.

I also took a peek into my computer files, and I found out that there was a folder with a clone from all the files I lost, including SKS lost progress, and even some of my steam games, so I'm happy in saying that SKS will arrive even sooner now!
