"Portalable: false" yet portal still can be placed

Hello.

There are two similar titles in the portal titlelist. One is portalable, the other isn't. But It doesn't make a difference which I choose - I can place portal on both of them.

Also, what is "link tool"? These dots?

The link tool lets you connect signals from a button to a door or a dispenser or whatever.
I still have no idea how it works but you draw a line for it.

That was an error with the little texts on the bottom in 1.0
Has been fixed in 1.1, redownload game.
