Since I really want to help you improve, I'm going to go into specifics since it seems like my advice on the last mappack didn't get through to you. All in all, there are a lot of things that can be a lot better, but I see a lot of potential in your design and interest.

The tile placement is still very awkward, but here's my thoughts on the mappack:
1-1, 1-2: The first two levels seem kind of pointless, and I completely don't understand the thing with the clouds. my advice would be to incorporate some gameplay and not have those random not-power ups that kill you or whatever. These came off really sloppy
1-3: That shake animation with the changing blocks is freaking epic. Nice job. SE has so much cool stuff to work with, huh?
1-4: My first reaction was terrible enemy spam, but the level actually turned out very fun! The dialogue is a bit awkward though. The raining spikeys thing at the beginning was really clever. You really utilize the special SE features, which make me happy.
2-1: Felt reaaally sloppy
2-2: The dialogue is so awkward I cried. So far world 2 needs some actual gameplay. I haven't had to use portals at all yet. Could you please try to work with that a little more? I like the aerial faith plates as they were. Maybe 2-2 should have gameplay involving them?
2-3: Sloppppyyyyyyy. Sorry, just being honest. I like the idea, it just needs work. The coin thing was kind of pointless, but I get the idea.
2-4: MAKE ME THINK WITH PORTALS. ...or something
Boring platforming and enemy spam. I explained this to you last time you released a mappack
3-1: Really cool! If you make it into an actual maze instead of just the wandering, and make it bigger, this would be really fun.
3-2: Completely unnecessary things. This mappack is kind of frustrating to be honest. I'm just not having as much fun as I would want to
3-3: Neat. Reminded me of SMW a bit, except more enemies. This is kind of a good example of how to actually use enemies, provided you still offer a bit more variety and gameplay design as I've said before.
3-4: what the hell

7-1: Umm okay now it's at 7. This dialogue is tedious and not well put. Maybe someone could help you with that?
7-2: Neato puzzles. Spelling errors make it sound really bad though
7-3: I really want to see the thought and effort put into World 7 throughout this entire mappack really. I liked these puzzles. Pretty challenging! :)
7-4: The custom thwomp kills you when you touch him. You can change that you know.
8-1: Same as 7-4 but with Bowser killing you (and throwing hammers). You can change all of this. Check the documentation. Also, blatant boring enemy spam

...Okay this plot and dialogue reminds of Birdemic. Seriously. Look it up. I can't make any sense or reason out of it. I don't even know how to react to this stuff.

8-2: Enemy spam levels aren't fun in the slightest and require no effort on your part.
8-3: No

8-4: HELL YES
Best music choice ever (This is actually debatably the first song I was ever obsessed with, and it kind of sparked my interest in arranging video game music <3)
I love the effects (still not the dialogue but whatever)
Fun to play
Interesting ideas
Sensible platforming and variety

Make every level 8-4
I mean it's a joke but that's a good point

All in all, thanks for sharing! I had some fun, and I'm glad to help you improve. Hope all of this helps :)

(Edited a few times for spelling errors)

When i played this mappack i thought it was bad.
But then i thought: "Well, i would have made something like this if SE have been released when i registered."
Then i paid attention to the detailed list of B-Man, i noticed that i agree in most of the things he said, and now i think you have a lot of potential.

Tips:
-The shaking scared me, IMO you should reduce its force.
-Don't spam random enemies.(Yeah, B-Man said this, too)
-I recommend you to not fragment your mappack, i mean making a bunch of too short levels.Example: You could put 1-2 and 1-3 in only one level, 1-1 too, but since it's a introduction i don't say anything about it.

Hope it helps.

Also, Maybe a checkpoint (or two?) in 8-4?
And maybe there shouldn't be powerups, since you can't have them in some parts.

Thanks! I liked your tips too :)

8-4 could use some checkpoints though now that I think about it.

Instead of making a new mappack you should continue working on this one
You could totally take our advice and make this a really good job
Do it justice (...otherwise I kind of said all of that stuff for nothing)

Are you kidding me
I gave you a ton of advice and half of these maps weren't even ideas they were just spam
If you have ideas then why not use them in the levels in this map pack that I pointed out are garbage
There are some levels that are really good so I know what you're capable of
Pleeeeeeeaaaaaaase
Pretty pretty please metaphorically with a euphemism on top

You don't have to make new levels, just improve the old ones by making them neater.

I don't recall giving any permission to use the Thwomp from my mari0 action mappack.

You can use it, it's just I'd people to ask me before using an enemy from my maps (you get away with the smb2 enemies because I made those for public use).

Ok, but the next time you make a mappack like this, it will be pathetic.
Make us love it, make something that is a lot better than this.

yes
Why? There were worse mappacks than this.
Also, you can always improve your mappack.

If it we're me I'd fix it.
Never leave an unpolished project alone until you're satisfied.

And if you're not willing to fix the mistakes in this map, that would make us think that you don't care about our criticism, just release a poorly designed level every few days.

I think you should have custom tiles for the next map.
It would look better.

Well when someone calls something "THE BEST", you kinda have expectations going already. Expectations that do not include enemy spam.

I'm aware, but it should be accurate to the content as well as eye-catching. This name kinda just gives it a bad rap right off the bat.

The name is downright terrible, and the only reason why I clicked on a thread called "THE BEST MAPPACK" in the first place was because I expected to have a hilarious time playing a terrible mappack. I'm going to wait and hope that you took our advice in your next mappack since you refuse to make this one even worth playing, but as for "be nice he just joined," I think that I was being more than nice giving a ton of constructive criticism when, as Hans said, a lot of people would have just labeled it "a bad mappack" and moved on. You don't need to "attract the people" as long as you have a concept that is interesting because it's already being put on the forums and that's good enough. Just please, make sure that your next mappack is absolutely great before putting it up here, so that we can tell that you're looking to improve yourself and that you're taking our advice. If your next mappack is still full of enemy spam and et cetera, then I don't know anyone that would want to play anything else that you come up with after that.
