Alright Jacko, let me run through your level.

-First off, YOUR BACKGROUNDS ARE GOD AWFUL AND I'D BE CAUGHT DEAD BEFORE USING THEM!!!! We're going for 8-bit here. not fucking MS Paint.
-Second, it's an improvement but that's not saying much. The level is pretty, but that's all you got going for you. You know how to make a level pretty. But that doesn't make a good level. The layout is bland, the enemy placement sucks at times, and for the love of god what is your obsession with the spinies? Do you just love seeing yourself in the game? Also don't freaking add a lakitu if you try again. You don't use him in good situations.
-Your sub-level was more fun to play than the main level. That's a bad sign. It could use some better enemy placements in some spots as well.
-Speaking of your sub-level: If you do try again in this mappack, and you link to a sub-level via a vine, DON'T USE ENEMIES! IT'S SUPPOSED TO BE FOR A BONUS STAGE! You know, rewarded with around 30-40 coins for finding it. Also make the freaking vine harder to find and not at the beginning of the stage.
-Don't put 7 pipes in a row with plants in all of them next time. It's stupid.

I'm giving you one last chance to make a good level. If it fails next time you lose your chance to be in here.

I'm gonna make edits to your level. Tons of them. Mainly taking out and rearranging some entities (you used WAY too many multi-coin blocks) and other various things. But the main layout of the level is alright, so that will (mostly) stay intact. Consider it in after my edits.

I added transparency to the blue water, in case someone wants to make blue water in black/custom background level.

Excuse me for not reviewing your level for a bit, life happened. But without further ado:
I like the concept of the pick-a-choice level. However, that's the only thing I like about your level. There's just so much wrong with this...
Sublevel 1: I see what you were trying to do but it's just way too hard. Also, you really included the word "trololo" in it? Just no.
Sublevel 2: I was fine with the 'portal jump over a pit' thing, but that spiny maze at the end. Just no.
Sublevel 3: This is borderline enemy spam, only because you used a lot of Podoboos. I was able to do it first try but I'm still not liking it.
Sublevel 4: Pick-a-pipe puzzles are sometimes fun, but not in this instance. It's just tedious
Sublevel 5: HAHAHAHAHAHAHA no. Enemy spam, Bowser, and a stupid way to get the axe? Screw that.

In short, your level's not getting in.

@Costinteo:
Your level is good on the level design end, but bad on the graphic design end.
-Level-wise, it's a good level. Platforming is fair, nothing too hard. My only gripes is that beginning wall is too hard to jump over (or requires portals which I said try to avoid if making an SMB-style level), and that first mushroom is rather hard to get. Other than that I like it.
-Graphic-wise, your level irks me. You use the whole spectrum of tiles. I understand what you were going for with the over-and underground tiles, but I'd rather you not. Keep it one style, either overground or underground.
-Kind of minor, but with the poles I place around the level, they need to go over and under tiles that won't break i.e. coin blocks. Breaking a brick block that they're over or under just makes the look like they're floating there and stuff.
-Overall, your background tile placement is all over. It's fine in some places but other places I don't like it, like the fences in the sky attached to blocks.
-I see what you were going for in the bricks, using a checkerboard pattern, but it doesn't work.

I'll use your level, but I'm giving it a design overhaul. I'll keep the level design the same but graphically it'll match the other levels when I'm done with it.
