I might have time, but for now, I'm just focusing on getting it released. THEN I might make some changes.

1) Grammar better please.
B) That same someone made the pony game in only a few days if not less for a game jam. It didn't delay Mari0 SE at all.

EDIT: Turret you missed the joke. Like usual.

I don't mean to sound like a broken record here, but all I ask: please do not make the mappack's main villain the Grinch. He is probably one of the most overused/overpopulated Christmas icons ever known to man.

Don't worry, he's not.

EDIT : In 3-4 and 4-1 you will learn about  "Star Puzzles" . That should leave you guys in suspense till release.

(sorry for double post)

I just finished the level design. Heres how it works...

W1-1 - W3-3 = Training
W3-4 - W4-1 =  Star Puzzles
W4-2-3 = Final Room (Everything you have learned previously)
W4-3 = Credits
Theres also a story if you want to read it on the main post, and I have chosen music for the ending as well. See if you can find out what it is when its released.(Music is by Chipzel). :)

All thats left pretty much is to add the rest of the story, add some new paintings in and edit the credits a bit. Should be done by today, but still not releasing.

**Note : If you want to be in this mappack as well, please leave a post below with something on it like, I don't know... "Pickle fairy, marmalade" or somethin'. I will not be accepting any more after Christmas.**

I think it's both, alot of the stuff in the original Portal was just reused and reskined from Half-Life 2.

**Read the story in the main post or the ending wont make sense.**

Oh, and...

MERRY CHRISTMAS!!! ...or Happy Holidays because some people get butthurt over the phrase "Merry Christmas".

Darn, I was sure hoping World 1-2 and on would've taken place outside in the snow. The whole thing is inside a cabin and feels like an excuse just to get everyone cameos with ear-raping music in the final level. I feel disappointed. ;__; All this buildup only to be let down. It feels like 0'Bros all over again.

I quite enjoyed this so far. While the aesthetics are a bit simple, it still sets some sort of Christmas feel to it.

I quite enjoyed this mappack, it did have a Christmassy feeling. There was just a couple of things you misspelt:

On the start screen, Stabyourself is spelt as Stabyorself
On 2-1, their is spelt as thier

Those are just the ones I noticed, my spelling isn't amazing so I probably missed others if there were any.

Besides that, I had a lot of fun running through this and seeing loads of people's avatars.

I feel like this mappack was an excuse just to feature many cameos. If they, the ear rape of a final theme, and the Dr. Seuss story were taken out, would the mappack still be good IYO?

I don't think it would be as good, no. But all of those things add to the mappack, besides the music. I don't think the song fits in with the Christmas theme very well. Also, Twas the Night Before Christmas was written by Clement Clarke Moore, not Dr. Seuss

I fixed a couple things and updated the links. Not much has changed though, so if you still have the version from last time, theres really no need to change.

I can skip everything by placing portals near doors, you may have to fix it.
Anyway this is really good, i've seen a lot of people's avatar and also mine.
I also enjoyed the story, even if i'm not realy good at reading english.

This is one of the best mappacks I ever played. I'm still trying to figure out some puzzles. :D
The credit music at the end is really good, but I'd save it for a differnet mappack. :)

Is it "one of the best" because you're in it and nothing else?

So if I filled up A0zora up the wazoo with cameos from the most recognizable of StabYourself's members, people will finally bother to play it and share their opinions?

For the mappack itself, I'd suggest using any of the songs from the snow-themed world of Kirby's Epic Yarn in place of the (crappy) music, with some mixtures of exterior levels (with an 8-bit version of the DLC Christmas tileset used in Mega Man: Powered Up) or windows in the interior levels (something tells me Firaga doesn't know how to do custom backgrounds), and I'm sick of mappacks that include Ponies and/or Minecraft (especially the latter). Those two sources are extremely overrated and unnecessary to add. Secret rooms shouldn't exist just for the purpose of having Minecraft and Pony (again, overrated) references, or even a Zelda one for the matter but they should be for players being able to get 1UPs or maybe even warps, and having some music instead of dead silence will help improve on this mappack's quality.

Still not really in favor of the cameo ideas, however. I feel like that's the only thing keeping everyone aside from me (and Renhoek) slamming the mappack down hard. It's not that I have anything against anyone here that posts to the forums (with a few exceptions), but I want this to feel like it's a Christmas mappack, not a montage of forum avatars  even of the one man that rejects putting in stuff from SMB2j, SMBS, and SMBDX for the dumbest of reasons, and even the folks that won't leave feedback on my main creation(s).

You're right, it is a pretty cheap way of making your mappack more appealing to the forum users, and I probably should have said that it only added to the mappack for me (because I'm an easy man to please), and didn't actually improve the mappack at all.
