If it is Times New Roman, I did something wrong then, it's supposed to be the 8-bit font, but I probably set it up so that it picks up my computer fonts and not the one I uploaded

Well, it's definitely not the 8-bit font.

would you be able to remove the by in front of the author.txt I'd kindof like to recolor it.

Here's the level count for A0zora:
Image
Not counting the three secret worlds, there are:
*18 completed and fully playable levels, just need parallax backgrounds and/or minor tweaks/alterations in layout (including spacing) to accommodate with features set to be in Special Edition.
*13 partially-completed levels, waiting for Special Edition.
*1 level not started.
*Included mod is optional, runs perfectly fine in vanilla Mari0.

Oh, and you misspelt "List" in the database. It's written as Lisit"

Now that I am back on working Internet and not my screwed up phone, I'll start fixing things and adding more. I don't know how I misspelled that, and worse that I never noticed it. As for the the font colors, I know HTML/CSS is fun and all, but I'd rather you stick to the basic colors

Looking into the wrong font, can someone who doesn't have Arial Narrow on their computer tell me what font the links in the top right have on http://lpsurface.webs.com/ ? If it looks thinner than the basic font on the website, it's Arial Narrow

Image
(What it looks like to me)

EDIT: List misspelling fixed

EDIT 2: Level List editing will be possible manually with something like the code below, but isn't fully set up yet. Also, I will add a "started" section like SJB's image above

Code: Select all

document.write ("x-x-x-x<br>
o-x-x-s<br>
o-o-o-s<br>
o-o-o-o<br>
o-o-o-o<br>
o-o-o-o<br>
o-o-o-o<br>
o-o-o-o")

Sorry! :)
I checked the website and the font looks thicker, like it's bold or something... If you want I can post a screenshot.
Oh do you mind if I keep my <br> insertions or do you want me to remove those too?

For now, I think one manual line break is ok, so only have one "<br>" at the most. And yes, a screenshot would help!

Any chance we might be able to switch from freedrive to google drive, in google drive you can edit files without having to reupload files.

I'm not sure if it will be as easy to embed within the website, though. I'll take a look later

I'm sure triplexero would be happy to include it if you take the time to give him your mappacks title, author, description, icon, and completed levels list. Alternatively you can do what I did and sign up for freedrive and make about.txt, author.txt, title.txt and icon.png as per his instructions. You'll still need to give him a completed level list though...

I'm not sure if I have to resize the icon for the site though. Just let me know.

Procrastination gets the best of me a lot, sorry. I added info from what you gave me, but I also need a URL to the icon, a description, and a list of completed levels. Until then, the entry on the page is hidden, but it is there and will be unhidden as soon as I have those things

One, mappacks do NOT have to be a full 8 worlds. Mine is actually more, but it's not finished. And it uses more than 8 worlds, it uses the infinite worlds mod. How about mappacks that use mods have an icon indicating what mod they use?

Don't worry I'm not an idiot I know how to crash an airplane! Your right...
But TripleXero should know these things so he doesn't fill the 8-3 and 8-4 spots on the level grid.

Could we get this stickied? It's not very useful if it's going to continually get buried and dug up.

I was preoccupied with something else, got distracted and accidentally submitted without reviewing.

For the Mappack Database, I'd suggest removing the link from the whole bar (Mappack icon, description, etc.), and add links onto it for the Forum Thread, Download, and maybe even more if the author wants it.

A example:

I agree. Also, this website is fantastic and really helped me find maps a while back, so thanks!
