Yaun..... Urr. I'm back. If been gone for a while because I have been playing around In mario SE instead of my usual alasen99's entities and I wanted to ask if anyone has some good sized portal tilepacks that works with SE. Don't worry, I'm still working on the Minecraft one.

You know there Is a tileset template buried in the forum right? Maybe that will help

I know 102 made one for Testing+, so you can ask to use that. It really seems like most of use make custom tilesets specifically for whatever we're making, so there probably won't be a whole lot.

Recently, I was experimenting with tilesets, and I found a way to use the 22 tile width limit to my advantage.

Instead laying our your tiles like this:
Image
Single width, 22 tile wide set
you do it like this:
Image
Double width, 44 tile wide set
By doubling the width of your tileset and laying out the tiles like above, you can add more tiles without making your tileset super tall.

Here's a template you can use:
Image
This sheet is 2x the normal width(44 tiles wide), by laying out the tiles like above, they appear jumbled in the image, but normal in the editor.
By using this technique, you can double(or triple, or even quadruple, if you're feeling real spicy) the amount of tiles you can have in a tileset.

It's actually really simple. Open paint.net(thats the one i use, i'm pretty sure other editors have similar features) and create your tileset. Every tile should use the same colors because you'll be recoloring it. Once your tiles are made, resize the image, copy-paste the tileset somewhere else in the image, and while it's still selected, change the fill tool to "global", pick a color and recolor one of the colors. Repeat with all colors, and you now have a recolored set. Rinse and repeat for every recolor you want to make.

If your tileset is huge, you should either crop all the unused space, or put it in a collapse.

Nice tileset, by the way.

I found this really cool 'everything' kind of tileset (Created by Villager103), took the grey bit and then made it compatible with Alesan99's entities.
I also threw in some missing tiles because why not.
Fully functional. had to update because I forgot clouds.
If someone wants to make an omnipallet thing of this and post it here, that would be great. notes:
The first liquid tile has the lava property. Both springs work as noteblocks. Noteblocks work as noteblocks. Vines work as vines. Some of the platforms still have the spike down property, but it doesn't do anything because of the platform property. That brick block next to the grate tile has the grate property because it looks like it should.

an update to my higher definition smb tiileset!
this one was sitting in my hard drive for too long (2yrs)
I FINALLY (accidentally) GOT MY BROKEN TOASTER TO WORK AND NOW I CAN FINALLY RETRIEVE ALL MY TILESETS, MAPPACKS AND OTHER IMPORTANT STUFF though it runs mari0 (and everything) slower than ever before, from 100 fps to around 50fps rip

edit: thx for the upvotes, it really made me want to play mari0 again
anyways if anyone wants a smm smb3 tileset I have one but you have to put the collision and stuff (I can't be bothered)
Image
sorry again for the repeating tiles..

more tiles yay!
Image
smb tilesets but it's flipped, it's weird no one has made a map like this
Image
my first ever tileset for what is supposed to be my first mappack (works only for a99 entities!) i might still release it but its really bad
Image
i was supposed to make a short undertale map but i thought making the tiles is such a hassle (i even had to resize the 20x20 tileset to 16x16)
Image
my first ORIGINAL tileset (totally not for a mappack I used to work on)
btw these are all created 2 years ago but i made some very subtle changes to these recently.
don't count me on this one but i may or may not release my first mappack this december

Slightly shaded version of BPS Famicom Tetrimino tiles.
Image

BONUS: A slightly shaded version of the NES Tetrimino tiles, but with some liberties taken.
Image

Image
(Without those some liberties but keeps the shading)

Image
VERY NICE!
A tileset rip of the Borat SMB hack that's mostly graphical modifications.

edit: turns out you can open SJB's tileset images in another tab, and get them non-watermarkless, so this is no longer necessary

Image
A tileset with the tiles of in-20091223-2.

Find every block in the game here,.and all the characters are here, just incase.

EDIT: I'm going to start this while I wait for the walkthrough of the game I re-making in Mari0 to get to the level I'm on.
EDIT2: Finished the basic blocks set!
Also, before SJB someone says anything, the first grey block is unportalable because it is one of the original blocks. (I didn't even know about the black block until now because I don't play the game anymore.)
Image
I'm Hyper-Necro-Bumping this back because I am working on renewing it because:
A: I'm bored.
B: I also used to play this game and don't anymore.
C: It's very small, so I wanted to make it bigger.

Edit: Here it is.
Image
I'm too lazy to do every tile, so if anyone else wants to pick up on this, go nuts.

Good... the entire Stabyourself forums feel as if it was an apocalyptic wasteland.

wait, why are the upside down slopes here? I don't think any version of Mari0 supports downwards slopes
