Here I am again showing off something I made instead of participating in any of the existing discussions.

Been making this game with a friend of mine, it's called Curvatron and it's a snake game with one touch controls. There's also a multiplayer version for up to 8 players on PC and 2 on mobile (on an update that should be available soon).

Play the web version of Curvatron

Would love to have some feedback. I'm particularly interested in knowing how it runs on most Android devices, as this is a crappy web port to Android so it probably won't run perfectly.

Shout-out to Mari0Maker for having already played the game and submitting a score, thanks bro!

Okay, this is embarrassingly coincidental: I'm working on a single-key Android app called Gravitron where you switch the rotation of a ship.
The gameplay itself is very different, don't worry about that, but we live in a very small world, don't we?

Despite that, this is a really fun concept. Too bad I suck at these games xD

Definitely harder than the original snake but it's still a ton of fun.
My high-score on the ball collecting mode is 10 as of posting this (I've only been playing for about 5 minutes so I'm not good at it yet.).

Well, the Android version crashes immediately for me, so don't know about that one.
After playing the game in the web version though, it's really well made.
Simple controls and simple graphics, and it's great.

You can configure the keys on PC to any key you want, there's a button on the main menu.

And I totally agree about the colors. The white look was only decided on much later in development, and the collectibles weren't modified. Before making them white, though, I'm gonna try to come up with a different shape other than simple circles so they can be easily identifiable in other menus.

That's what I though as well, until I found the other games with this exact mechanic. Not very surprising, but still sucked a bit. I'm hoping the multiplayer and other game modes will be enough to distinguish this game.

By the way, if you guys think this is hard, you should see the "old school" mode I'm making...

I've noticed that the first pellet can spawn right next to you, so you pick it up automatically. I think you should fix that.

Yeah, it's not really a bug but I'll probably try to avoid situations like these in the future. Thank you for the feedback!
