Same. It's really cool! I hope that in the future there'll be a level editor :)

This looks really nice! Although the only problem I see from looking at the screenshots is that the title screen seems bland.

Thanks a ton, that really means a lot.
I think Idiot: Pong is a better idea than Idiot: Invaders.

I sense sarcasm in Camewel's post. I'm not too mad about this. Apparently it was because you guys wanted to make fun of how slowly progressive I have been with Turtle: Puzzles. Though it annoys me you (what seems to be) took *some* entity ideas from Turtle: Puzzles.

Well it's a parody. Things are going to be similar.
Also puzzle platformers are going to share entities, simply because of the same theme.
Stuff like levers, buttons, and doors are going to be shared in pretty much all puzzle platformers.

I also think that both this game and Camewel were sarcastic. And since it's a parody of your game,it seem logic that they used some entities of your game.

About that game,...1564352.5416321321/10.
We can see that it's a 100% original game which took years to be completed and wasn't inspired by any game here, like let's say, T:P.(Proof: There is no level editor!)
The extremely slow pace is really good, because you can take the time to look at that beautiful background, while solving all these amazing puzzles with classics features of the genre that proved themselves as fun, like doors, keys, crates, and buttons(Look at some objectively good puzzles games, like Portal or Anti-chamber, these games don't have all these fancy features like enigmas, or challenges). And all these gems and hats really add to the game along with that awesome title-screen.

I'm fairly sure that the idea for the entities was to make them super generic things that most 2D puzzle-platformers have in some way so I really don't know how you could think any ideas were taken from you.

Great game! Loved from the start. I never really caught onto the music but it's still really fun. I really need to fix my volume buttons, couldn't lower the volume.

If you download the source and look into it, I'm sure you can find some things that can help you make your own levels. Wink wink.
(Just make sure there's 25 levels before you run it and you don't modify Lv25 itself)

You can blame my laziness for not wanting to make a fancier one. But Qcode made it a good one even if it is bland. (I personally don't mind it but yeah)

TheSeek made the music, just so you know. IMO it's really great music but hey, we can't please everyone.
Also there are volume controls for both music and sound effects in the options menu.

Actually, the menu designs are mostly my doing. Qcode did show me how to do some things to code them though. Basically, I'm just saying don't blame Qcode for the menus.
He did add the large idiot for hat dressing though. That looked nice.

That's actually the point of that level: being hard cuz it need precise control over idiot's movements to stop him when needed...I myself had hard times with that level, but all you need is patience and practice and you'll eventually get through it withouth much problems.

That's one of my favorite levels. But yeah, it's meant to be hard. It's to show that you improved or mastered idiot's handling or something.
I tested it a good amount while making it. It is completable.

EDIT:

There's a secret surprise #2 if you  beat the game with secret surprise #1 (you don't need to recollect gems)

What do you mean by that?  He can already wear all of the hats available himself, so are you meaning make a hat of him for idiot?

I'd like to see an update that brings a little more substance into the song, if you'd like. I'm a little weird when it comes to repetitiveness, but you know. One versus many's opinions :P

I've already done like a 2 minute version that gets repeatative less. It's just that now the games out, the team's obviously a bit less interested as it's already finished.
I'm going to change a few things, if everyone likes it hopefully it'll get a 1.1 release.

Huh?
Are you talking about the chicken hat?
Got removed an hour before release for
1) Never really looking good in the first place
2)  Not working well with secret surprise #1

We've got a bit of a codebase going right now. Only problems are:
1)We'd need a good way of syncing a blog to the webpage
2)Domain names cost money.
Otherwise we'd already have a website up.

I have a few websites on Webs, and the URLs only add ".webs." in there, so it's not a huge deal. On one of my websites, I'm using a free Javascript that lets you embed RSS feeds in there (free Webs accounts have limitations on some of the files you can use). They don't have a comments option from the start, but somehow there is probably a way to do it

I like the hat and I don't give a shit about people who don't read or care for my posts. It's not against the rules to inform the forum about the sexy chicken hat and that I added it in so why the fuck not?
