We* should make an I Wanna Be the Guy game, It would be AWESOME! IWBTG games are usually made by People who don't know how to code very well, But Stabyourself.net is professional! It could be the Hardest, Most Awesome IWBTG Game TO EVER EXIST! Who's with me?

*I can't code. I'm putting in other stuff.

we can do a community project with something like mario as the levels are easy to get out of a text file so it gets easy to pass around,

but Iwbtg has 2 (last time I checked) engines one for game maker and the other for multi media fusion, I haven't used fusion but it would be a real pain in the arse to use in game maker as file sharing can be a bit of a pain...

Also as I was typing this I just remembered that I was working on something
I'm an idiot.png
don't count on it ever being released because it's a pain to create.

As in YoYo Games Game Maker?
Because you Can just export rooms in that thing so the guy (American sense as in human) you're sharing the game with can just straight import it. You can export an object file and sprite files for updates and make game maker compare dates to replace the appropiate file. You can even load files from say a "data" folder so you can mod it easily. I made my own in game maker called 'I Wanna Be The Sheep' (named after an in-joke) and that was purely in game maker and the code is reasonably good. If you wanted I could upload with deleted rooms and we could begin working on this but the problem in my opinon is forum surport when... well... everyone and their grandma has made a clone of it already.

as I returned to the engine I found out that it alreadt loads and saves files, I'm just trying to figure out how to get the file to record data.
