I can't drag the requirements needed to play mari0 and nottetris (such as devil openal and sdl) without replacing each other. How to fix?

Try running the source version.
Download this: https://love2d.org/
If you don't know what version to download, and if you're running Windows, download the 32-bit Installer.
And then download the source version of the game you want to play. It's on the bottom right of the download page for the games.

And then I will be able to play both games, whenever I want?

What do you mean by play both?
You should be able to play them anytime you want.

Here is a download for 0.7.2 so you can play Not Tetris 2 and Not Pac-Man as well.

Don't put them in the same folder?
