excuse my bad words but "you fucked up!" it just crashes as soon as i try and start it, (the next part contains a "just kidding" joke) fix it or die

Gee, this post sure is informative. At least post some specs so we can try and fix the problem. We're not mind readers, and know exactly whats causing the problem.
EDIT : And I use a Laptop with Windows 7. It works fine.

Post an accurate description of the problem, your hardware specifications, operating system and if it was the first ever run of the game when the crash happened.
If you don't specify all of those, then we cannot help you so do not even bother posting.
