are you using a modded version ? try removing mappacks and options if you're using the normal version.

1) What OS are you running?
2) Did you modify Mari0 or your system's user account in any way?

Likely the easiest way to solve it is to just remove the configuration and custom map files. To do this, delete the mari0 folder in your application data folder (instructions to access it are under this link - see first thing under All Systems)

Even if the removal fixes the problem, please do answer the questions. Also if it reappears, post in this thread again.

Did you try just typing %appdata%\Love in explorer? Because that should most certainly work.

I have a feeling this is part of a bigger problem.

Open start and enter cmd and press enter (or alternatively, Windows key+R, enter cmd and press enter).

After you've done that, enter this:

Code: Select all

rmdir /S %appdata%\Love\mari0
You will be asked to confirm the choice. Press Y or localized equivalent. If you get anything returned from that, post it here. Otherwise, try running Mari0 again. And make sure you're not running it as administrator but normally.
