video card, too. make sure you have completely upgraded your drivers.

yeah they're all upgraded, I checked everything and its all good so I don't see why it's not working

The graphics card you have only supports OpenGL to version 1.2.

1.3 (or 1.4, not exactly sure) is required. Sorry.

I'd say only in terms of the gfx card and drivers. Win 7 isn't old at all.
