These are actually pretty amazing. That animation is so lovely. I love the hair bouncing. I really need to make a note of it because Auto's Sudden Youth and these pony sprites really look awesome with it. I mean the animations are fluid as hell in all aspects though. The problem with the meme run is that it is reference based and that he didn't make the assets, right?
The gameplay looks playable if he swapped out the graphics and music but then it'd loose it's audience. Just hope Nintendo say no because it'd set an awfully low bar.

You have to pull people over for speeding. Due to anti-discrimination laws you have to have an equal number of people of each 'colour' on your arrest sheet. If you're using SE you could probably have a switch that changes the animated tile out to a none animated tile if an entity is within the block to the left or right. As Mario only breaks from the bottom this wouldn't affect him.

as long as there's a folder in the same directory called game and it has the love2d files and mario_se.love in it'll probably work. anyone know how to change the location of the mappack folder from programfiles/love/mario se i want to store everything on a flash drive includeing this folder yeah. set APPDATA=%CD%\data Slap that in a .bat file and run it.
