To make the coin block animated, you'd have to use SE and its custom graphics feature to replace the coin block's textures, which replaces all coin block textures. But because of this, you can only use one single custom coin block texture for every coin blocks in your whole mappack.

They are diagonal blocks, they can be used as "stairs". The "left" and "right" parts just means which direction they are pointing at.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Portable_Executable opening a .exe file seems not very nice, since it usually contains raw data and assembly code etc. that are complicated for people, since .exe files are generated using compilers n programs, and not people you can always try to hack it using software...

it's still a .love file, you need to active "show extensions" (the same url as what I LÖVE LUA linked) then rename it to a .zip file, it should show it as a compressed file, not a LOVE game file
